Surgically Clean Air Purifier

Sierra Dental Provides Surgically Clean Air to Protect Your Health and Safety

Sierra Dental is committed to the health and safety of our patients and one of the steps that Dr. Marty Williams has taken is investing in a 3 step air purification and infection control process. Surgically Clean Air Purifiers provide surgically clean air to our treatment rooms and throughout our office space providing our patients with the cleanest air that you can breath indoors. At Sierra Dental, we are able to go above and beyond sterilizing the surfaces and instruments that we use and cleaning the air that we breathe!

What Really is in the Air We Breathe?

jade air purifiers provide the cleanest indoor air at sierra dental to reduce the spread of covid-19. visit dr. martin williams today for your dental appoitnment. The pollutants in the air that we breathe can cause anything from allergy symptoms to serious health complications. Surgically Clean Air has been proven to clean the air of the following contaminants:

Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)
Dust and Dirt
Skin Cells

The dangers of viruses, bacteria, fungus, and mold are well known and our investment in the Jade Air Purifier system is an important way to protect our patients and staff against COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.

This may also be the first time you are hearing about VOCs. These are harmful, man-made chemical compounds that can be found in perfumes and air fresheners. All of these air impurities can make breathing difficult and cause serious, sometimes chronic, illness.

Our surgically clean air purifiers remove 99% of the COVID-19 virus in less than 15 minutes and even exterminate it. The same results were found in cases of fungal and bacterial organisms, making our purifiers the best choice for our dental practice that serves Green Bay, Wisconsin.

The air you breath will be re-energized with a 6 stage filtration and sterilization process. Surgically Clean Air’s proprietary HEPA-Rx filters meets or exceeds the guidelines for general surgery applications. These are not your typical air purifiers.  These air purifiers continually remove viruses, gasses, allergens, mold and odors, and the air in each treatment room will be cleaned, purified and exchanged 4-5 times per hour. This is an important distinction, so you can feel safe knowing that this is similar to the air exchange provided in a hospital setting.

Ultraviolet (UV) Light has been a known to be effective at destroying germs, viruses and other the DNA of other harmful contaminants for more than 100 years. Ultraviolet light (UV) possesses just the right amount of energy to break organic molecular bonds.  As micro-organisms pass by the UV rays emitted from an ultraviolet lamp, the DNA bonds are broken which results in enough cellular damage to inhibit micro-organisms from harming people. There are different wavelengths of UV light.  The shortest wavelength is UV-C which is considered "germicidal UV".  UV-C bulbs are used for sterilization in many different applications including water purification systems and to sterilize medical instruments.
All Surgically Clean Air Purifiers use UV-C light bulbs in their 5th stage of filtration. Each purifier has been designed to maximize the exposure of the air flow to the UV-C bulbs in three ways: (i) the airflow goes parallel to the light bulbs, (ii) the UV-C chamber is an open space with no obstacles that can block the light from striking the air flow, and (iii) there are two UV-C bulbs to fully illuminate the kill chamber.
